With healthcare costs on the rise, employers and payors are challenged with the task of containing costs. The majority of these efforts are focused on arranging agreements before services are provided (i.e. PPO contracts). The reality is, however, that sometimes services are rendered even without the knowledge of the employer or payor and therefore cannot be channeled into a PPO facility. AAS is the solution to generate additional savings on these non-PPO (out-of-network) bills.

Our Retrospective Review service is completely different from general bill review services and is not intended to compete with those companies. AAS is an individualized personal, clinical audit and direct provider negotiation service designed to obtain savings on specific high dollar medical bills. AAS does not charge a fee for reviewing a bill.

Age of Injury Reports
Our AAS division offers you the ability to order the review of a diagnostic film read to help determine the age of the injury in question. Our Board Certified Radiology partners will apply their expertise in image interpretation to generate an Age of Injury Report. This report identifies the nature of the injury as a chronic or acute condition. Reports do not need to be generated from an MDM contracted facility. Referral Form
